Cardio and Strength Areas
  • Clean, dry shoes.
  • Water only.
  • Sanitize all equipment using wipes provided.
  • No cell phone conversations while on equipment.
  • Return equipment after use.
  • No dropping or slamming weights.
Exercising Courtesy
  • Get Oriented - Not sure how to use the equipment or what you should be doing? Orientations are free and encouraged for all members. Orientations may be scheduled via MotionVibe.
  • Take Care - If there's a problem with any of the equipment or the facility, please inform a staff member. Contact a staff member immediately in the event of an accident.
  • Be Safe - Wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Warm up before exercising and cool down afterward. Have a spotter help you with free weights. Make sure you've had enough to eat and drink before exercising to prevent getting dizzy or light-headed. If you are experiencing dizziness, pain, or unusual discomfort at any time, stop and ask for help. In the event of an accident contact staff immediately.
  • Help Us Keep the Y Clean - Wipe off equipment after each use. Return all equipment when finished with it. Remove the plates from lifting bars when you're done. Take personal items with you.
  • Give Others a Turn - The equipment here is for everyone to use. Do not monopolize strength equipment between sets. Please respect the 30-minute time limit on cardio equipment when others are waiting and follow any posted sign-up procedures.
  • Be Aware - Y facilities and amenities, including locker rooms, close at the times posted. The pools close 15 minutes prior to the rest of the facility to ensure ample time for members to shower and change into their street clothes. Please help us ensure the safety of our members and staff by respecting the facility's closing time.
  • Be Respectful - Members, guests, and participants may not record or take photos of anyone with any type of device in any area of the facility.
Group Exercise
  • Registration is required for all group exercise classes, registration begins at 7am the day before class is scheduled. Arrive early, (suggested 10 min) any spaces available 5 minutes prior to start time will be forfeited and given to those on the wait list.
    • If you are scheduled and unable to attend, remove yourself from the roster as this allows others to participate.
    • Keep all conversations to a minimum during class—take cell phone conversations out of room.
  • After class, sanitize all the equipment and return it to the proper place.
  • Share equipment as needed.
  • Water only, spill proof bottles.
  • Clean, dry shoes are required.
Youth Policy

Youth 11+ are allowed in fitness spaces and group exercise classes with an adult. Youth 11+ who have completed an equipment orientation are allowed to use space/equipment without an adult. Youth participants should have a black and white checkered wristbands to signify they have completed the youth orientation. See the front desk to schedule equipment orientation.
