Health Seekers 

Health Seekers is a small group training for those new to using a health club / gym. The 4 week program spends time educating members on cardio and strength goals. Members learn how to use the cardio equipment, weight machines. And 2 weeks are spent on free-weight training.

It is intended to develop the whole person in mind, body and spirit while teaching effective self-defense skills for the practitioner. Practice of this art develops strong character through its five primary tenets: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit.

Pickleball (fee-based classes and free-to member court time available)**

A perforated, hollow plastic ball with paddle sport, Pickleball was created for all ages and skill levels. The rules are simple, and the game is easy for beginners to learn... yet pickleball can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players! The sport combines many elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. It is played on a badminton-sized court using a slightly modified tennis net.

Racquetball Ladders

A competitive one-hour session where opponents play 6 ten-minute games. No sign up is needed, just show up. Eye protection is required.

Ring & Roller Pilates (Daily)

Pilates is a type of exercise that focuses on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and posture through a series of precise movements, controlled breathing, and muscle engagement. This class is mat based and also incorporates use of a pilates ring and foam roller - equipment is available in class. Modifications are provided for beginners and this class is suitable for all levels. Mat Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to lengthen and sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements.

Self Defense 

Partnering with Guardian Training Academy this class will teach the basics of how to defend against some of the most common/feared things that happen in an altercation. This class will use mats, punching bags, and partner simulation to teach self defense skills.

Taekwondo Youth and Family

Taekwondo offers a great way for more experienced children and adults to build confidence, self-esteem, respect, discipline, strength, flexibility and patience in a teamwork setting. Our instructor will teach you to channel energy into a positive attitude in a fun and active atmosphere.

Recent science has continued to tout the importance of strength training for women- its not just to burn calories and get stronger; strength training can help you live a longer healthier life. Lead by Personal Trainers Ashley Seiler and Rebecca Lillie, this new Y Program is geared towards getting women into the weight room confidently.
